The appointment of new supervisors of the Bulgarian Development Bank is suspended by the court. This became clear from the participation of the Minister of Economy Kiril Petkov in the program “Panorama” on BNT. The decision was made by Judge Maria Vranescu.
Petkov accused Vranescu, that she took decision inconsistent with the law. He also said that the acts of the Bulgarian National Bank cannot be suspended.
