The Corona Number is Getting Closer to Luhut’s Worst Scenario, RI Will Ask for Help?

Jakarta

Bitch pandemic COVID-19 in Indonesia continues to rise. The numbers are getting closer worst case scenario prepared by the government. How about this, Mr. Luhut?

Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan is the Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs and Investment (Marinves) who is now the Emergency PPKM Coordinator. He has prepared a scenario to deal with the worst conditions of the Corona pandemic, namely if the daily number exceeds 40 thousand cases per day.

“Now we have made a scenario what if this case is 40 thousand. So we have calculated it worst-case scenario, more than 40 thousand. How was the supply of oxygen, how was the supply of medicine, how was the supply of hospitals, we have calculated everything,” said the Emergency PPKM Coordinator and Coordinating Minister for Maritime Affairs Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan in a virtual press conference, Monday (6/7) yesterday.

Luhut said the figures of 40,000, 50,000, 60,000 and 70,000 cases were the worst limits for the COVID-19 pandemic in Indonesia. It’s not really clear which one is the absolute limit, whether it’s 40 thousand or 70 thousand. What is clear, the numbers are getting closer to the reality that is now moving.

“But if this case is later than 40 thousand, 50 thousand, we will certainly make a scenario of who we will ask for help later and we have started to condense it all. Until today, we have calculated that the oxygen scenario has been made by the team, it can reach 5,000. maybe even at worst we have made up to 60-70 thousand cases per day. But we don’t expect that to happen because friends from the police, the TNI, I think they have done quite a good insulation, “said Luhut.
