The Niort club, which finished the Ligue 2 season in 18th place, announced on its social networks to hold its first recruit for next season. The lucky winner is Joris Moutachy, who played last season with Romorantin. Moutachy, a 22-year-old right-back, has signed up with the Chamois Niortais for the next two seasons. Trained in Orleans, where he was born, Moutachy had joined Troyes, where he played with the U17s and the reserve team, before leaving to join the National with Athletico Marseille. With a full season at Romorantin last season, Moutachy caught the eye of recruiters from Niort and therefore signed for the Chamois.
