The closed Cine Star cinema at Gütersloh train station is to remain a cinema in the future. According to the city, the owner of the property was convinced by Gütersloh’s mayor, Norbert Morkes, that it is worth investing in the Gütersloh cinema location. The plans are ambitious – one of the cinema halls is to be equipped with top LED technology, which, according to the city, can only be found in very few large cities so far.
