The fear of a postponement of the game was very present in the early afternoon after the game between the Boston Bruins and the Hurricanes moved into second overtime.
The meeting should however take place tonight as planned, but with a little delay.
“Since we are here, we have had to adjust to all kinds of things,” explained Habs coach Claude Julien on Wednesday morning.
“The teams are in the same hotels, in the arena at the same time,” he then recalled. Some are playing, others are getting ready. In the end, there is no guarantee that we will play tonight’s game, because there are two more games that are going to be played before us. If they go into overtime, there’s always a chance we won’t play the game tonight either. “
“You adjust accordingly, but I think the key is that if you’re well prepared, whether it’s tonight or tomorrow morning, it doesn’t make much difference,” he summed up.

Evans on the ice
Hard hit and injured in Game 3 of the series against the Pittsburgh Penguins, Canadian forward Jake Evans has returned to skating, confirmed Julien.
The latter, however, did not indicate anything about a possible return to the game of the American, who had been replaced by Quebecer Alex Belzile during the last clash against the Penguins.
