The Financial Plan Committee of the Egyptian Central Bank made a decision at its assembly currently, Thursday, to maintain curiosity prices on deposits and loans unchanged for the next consecutive time.
This comes at the first assembly of the committee following Hassan Abdullah, the new interim governor of the Central Bank, took up his duties now, Thursday.
After stabilization, interest premiums reached 11.25% on deposits and 12.25% on financial loans.
The Financial Plan Committee made a decision, at its final conference on 23 June, to set interest charges unchanged, after the Central Financial institution lifted desire fees by a overall of 3% during its March committee conferences and May well.
Nowadays, Thursday, President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi issued a Republican final decision appointing Hassan Abdullah as the interim governor of the Central Financial institution.
This comes just after Tarek Amer submitted his resignation from the post of Central Bank governor yesterday Wednesday, which was accepted by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, and issued a selection appointing Amer, an advisor to the President of the Republic.
