Your doctors, pharmacists, nurses, specialists, all caregivers in the Bergerac area ask the Périgourdins to wear a mask when they go outside to do their basic shopping for example. They explain why in a video published this Friday, April 3 on Youtube. This recommendation is supported by the Academy of Medicine which is also publishing a press release to this effect this Friday.
The Academy of Medicine also recommends wearing a mask for everyone
“You must be afraid of the virus not the mask” say the caregivers of Bergerac
In this video, caregivers explain that the mask is a “barrier” against the virus when you have to go outside your home. They advise you to wear “handcrafted” masks, in fabric for example while obtaining masks approved for the population.
The caregivers also ask you to respect these instructions:
- you must wash before putting the mask on your face to avoid being infected by the virus through your eyes, nose or mouth.
- The cloth mask should be washed once a day or as often as necessary
