The BSP marked the 79th anniversary of the death of partisans and partisans from the “People’s Fist” detachment at the monuments near the villages of Dobra Polyana and Topchiysko in Rue.
In order to honor the memory of those who died and recall their feat and heroism, the people’s representative from the PG of the “BSP for Bulgaria” Coalition Eng. Petar Kanev, the regional chairman of the Socialists in Burgas Stoyko Tankov, the chairman of the BSP – Burgas General Assembly came to the pilgrimage Zhivko Gospodinov, the chairman of the Union of Socialist Women Tinka Zhelyazkova, many activists and sympathizers of the party from Burgas and the region.
On June 22, 1944, near the village of Dobra Polyana, after inhuman torture, without trial and sentence, the partisans Georgi Todorov, Ilia Dolapchiev, Kiro Kirov, Hristo Tonozliev, as well as the Yataki Mehmedali Mehmedov, Mehmed Mahmudov, Ali Aliyev, Mehmed Topalov were shot.
On July 2, 1944, near the village of Topchiysko, 23 partisans and executioners were shot and buried half alive. On June 19, 1944, in a battle near the village of Kozichino and Balaban Dere, 8 partisans died, led by the commander of the “People’s Fist” detachment, Nikolai Luskov. 19 partisan houses were set on fire and destroyed.
With a minute’s silence, both in Dobra Polyana and Topchiysko, those present paid tribute to the unforgettable feat of the fallen heroes and laid wreaths and flowers in front of the memorials.
