If the Breton club has returned to a title last year and popularity, it takes decisions to say the least contested by other clubs in recent weeks. Thus for the French cup match, Angers will receive Rennes. The Angevin club intended to offer places to its subscribers. But to do so, he had to ask for authorization from the Rennes club, as stipulated in the FFF regulations.

Rennes refused to allow Angers to offer places to its own subscribers. Forced to charge subscribers, Angers decided to charge subscribers 1 euro for the ticket. Not sure that the people of Rennes are winning financially and humanely.

* As is customary, the scoist club wanted to invite its subscribers to this meeting for this first home cup match of the season.

In accordance with FFF regulations, which stipulate that if the total number of invitations issued exceeds 20% of the stadium capacity, the home club must have the agreement of the visiting club. A request was therefore sent to Stade Rennais to this effect and the latter was refused.

The place for this match which can propel the Angevins in the quarterfinal of the Coupe de France will therefore be priced at … a symbolic euro for 2019-2020 subscribers.
