“1890s holdings is owned by 56% and one share by the club’s chairman Daniel Křetínský together with EPH group managers. This stake is represented by EP Sport Holdings. The remaining 44% minus one share is controlled by Patrik Tkáč and J&T Private Equity Group (through J&T Capital Partners), “the club said in a statement.
