The best of its kind: Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport wins top position globally

Terminal B at LaGuardia Airport was named the best new terminal in the world, according to a global passenger survey.

The choice was based on a customer survey on factors such as the check-in process, purchases, security, comfort, the terminal’s atmosphere, and the variety of bars and restaurants.

The survey also revealed that this terminal is among only 22 airports worldwide that have earned 5 stars for best service practices.

The Port Authority of New York and New Jersey and LaGuardia Gateway Partners, the manager and developer of the new terminal made the announcement yesterday.
