Russian President Photo Vladimir Putin when he was shirtless on a horse, he had become the subject of ridicule from the G7 officials in Germany. Putin even with a landslide reply to the mockery.

As reported by Reuters, Monday (27/6/2022), this banter began when G7 leaders mocked Putin’s ‘macho’ image at a meeting held in the Bavarian Alps, Germany. The mockery at Putin started when British Prime Minister Boris Johnson asked if they should take off their jackets or should they even take off their shirts.

“We have to show that we are tougher than Putin,” Johnson said to laughter from some of his colleagues.

Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau then chimed in. He says they have to ride the horses shirtless.

“Riding shirtless horses,” Trudeau said.

The banter continued. European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen later said horseback riding was the best course of action.

“Oh yes. Horseback riding is the best,” said European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen.

The G7 leaders mocked as they discussed efforts to further isolate Russia over its invasion of Ukraine. The invasion has killed thousands and forced millions to flee.

Britain, Canada, Japan and the United States announced steps to ban imports of Russian gold. The G7 also includes France, Italy and Germany.
