27 MarchLast year, an apartment in Flanders became on average 6.5% more expensive and cost 247,562 euros (source: notaris.be). In Brussels there was even an increase of 8.1% to an average of 274,382 euros. There are also major differences in each province – for example, you can buy three flats in Roeselare for the price of one in Knokke.
