THE BALL – Jorge Fonseca: «I’m hungry for titles. I want more» (Judo)

After winning the bronze medal in the -100kg category at the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games, judoka Jorge Fonseca arrived in Portugal proud of what he achieved.

“The secret of this medal is hard work and determination. I dedicated myself to this medal. I want the gold, I worked for the gold. Unfortunately, I won the bronze. Now, I will work for more. I’m three years old and I want the gold in Paris», said the athlete on arrival in Portugal.

Jorge Fonseca left a message: «I dedicate it to all Portuguese people, to people who are going through difficult times, due to Covid-19. I have a lot more to conquer. I am 28 years old and I want to have fun. I’m hungry for titles. I want more.”

On her plans for Paris 2024: “I’m going to pimba in Paris. It’s going to be beautiful. It’s a promise. I promise and I will deliver.”
