VIVA – Samsung confirmed that it will launch a flagship phone in February. Despite not mentioning the name, the cell phone is estimated Galaxy S22.
“We’re about to introduce you to all of the most worthy S-series devices we’ve ever created,” said President and Head of MX Business, Samsung Electronics, TM Roh, as quoted VIVA Tekno from site The Verge, Sunday, January 23, 2022.
Roh indicated that the rumors circulating would come true, that the Galaxy S22 series would be a combination of the Galaxy S and Galaxy Note series.
He also called “never forget” the Galaxy Note and the phone to be launched next month “a blend of leading experiences from the Samsung Galaxy line of devices”.
Samsung also mentions the word “Ultra” in the description, as if to be a hint for the model of the phone they will launch later.
The news that has been circulating recently says Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra will be similar to the Galaxy Note series, especially in terms of phone body design.
The Samsung Galaxy S22 is rumored to have a special slot for storing the S Pen stylus, just like the Galaxy Note. Samsung did not launch the Galaxy Note series in 2021. This series has been around since 2011, combining the design of a phone with a tablet with the hallmark of the S Pen stylus.
