The “Antalis” logistics center expansion project is starting

In Stopiņu Parish, Ropaži County, the project of expanding the logistics center of AS “Antalis” has started, which is being implemented in cooperation with the developer and investor “Capital Mill”.

The expansion of the logistics center is the next step in the development of the company and “Capital Mill”, which will open up new opportunities in the expansion and availability of the product assortment, especially in the prospective field of packaging products, materials and solutions. The total area of ​​the warehouses of the logistics center after the completion of the project will be 10 thousand. m², which will be provided by the additional 3300 m² obtained.

The Estonian investment company “Capital Mill” manages several projects in the Baltics; the total value of assets is approximately 450 million euros. Since 2017, more than 51 million euros have been invested in the Latvian market. “Capital Mill” real estate development project manager Valdis Silnieks states that “Antalis” is an ambitious, stable and growing company, therefore the company is involved in the expansion of the current warehouse, providing the tenant with solutions that meet modern requirements.

“Antalis” has been operating in Latvia for 29 years. The company’s team currently has 70 employees who provide operations in five sectors – papers, printing and office materials, hygiene products and solutions for public spaces, visual communication materials and equipment, as well as products, materials, equipment and solutions for packaging.

The logistics center expansion project has also been awarded the BREEAM (Building Research Establishment Environmental Assessment Method) certificate for the design stage. It confirms the compliance of the building project with higher standards of energy efficiency and sustainability, providing the most friendly solutions for the environment and the inhabitants.

The construction works are carried out by “Mitt&Perlebach”, for which this is the first project in Latvia in cooperation with “Capital Mill”.

The construction of the logistics center will be completed by mid-2023.
