The Habit Tracker as a support tool for New Years resolutions

In addition to existing habits that you want to track (= follow up), you can of course also record new resolutions with a Habit Tracker. The aim is to establish your habits in everyday life and thus develop positive routines that are good for you and help you advance.

Observe, note and reflect on habits

Before you start, we recommend that you first deal with your habits, which are already part of your everyday life: Do you go to sport regularly? Do you have a veggie day a week? Do you drink enough water during the day?

Make a note of the regularities that take place, which habits you are already familiar with and watch yourself for a week or two.
