Canadian TikTok star Megha Thakur passed away on Nov. 24. He was 21 years old. His parents informed of the death of the young influencer. The cause of death was not given.
It is with a heavy heart that we announce that the light of our lives, our kind, caring and beautiful daughter, Megha Thakur, passed away suddenly and unexpectedly on 24th November 2022 in the wee hours of the morning.

“Megha was a confident and independent young woman. He will be greatly missed. She loved her fans and would like you to know about her passing. At this time, we ask for your blessing for Megha. Your thoughts and prayers will be with her on her journey,” the 21-year-old’s parents wrote on Instagram.
TikToker from Canada posted a recording a few days before his death, in which he reports a visit to New York. A mysterious voice appeared under the video. “You are responsible for your destiny. Remember that.”
Thakur started posting videos on TikTok in 2019. In her videos, she has promoted content about body positivity and self-confidence. In total, over a million Internet users have followed her on Instagram and TikTok.
Many observers have expressed their sympathy for the family of the deceased.
“Sending my prayers to Megha’s family. She was such a talented and kind young lady. May she rest in peace,” the comments read.
“Megha knew how strong she was in the influencer space and how many women looked up to her, I always told her. We lost an angel too soon,” another internet user wrote.
