Early Sunday morning at the Pedregal nightclub “Bar 27”, a group of university students defended a friend who was harassed by members of La Unión.
This unleashed a fight, but, according to witnesses, the bar staff took three of the young people, took them to the parking lot and left them there with the members of the criminal group.
These subjects beat them, drove, threatened weapons, put the gun barrel in their mouths and finally stole them.
After publicizing this complaint, the Decentralized Prosecutor’s Office in Coyoacán opened an Investigation folder for the crimes of Business Injury and Business Theft. The robbery to business, explained the authorities, occurred because the young people reported that they took away phones, wallets, and an Audi inside the nightclub facilities.
This is revealed by the first investigations carried out by the Attorney General of Mexico City (FGJ CDMX), which are part of the file CI-FCY / COY-1 / UI-3 C / D / 00590 / 02-2020.
As part of the inquiries, Prosecutor’s staff went to the place and met with security personnel from Polynesia Square, which is where the “Bar 27” is located.
They interviewed one of the representatives of the Private Security Company of the Plaza, identified as Jesús Torres.
Despite the fact that in its facilities there was a frenzy in which around 20 people were involved, where there was at least one young man with fractures and others more injured by blows, the staff of “Bar 27” never called the capital police, neither to emergency services, or some ambulance to help them.
The man, who said he worked for Mexico y Veladores S.A. of C.V, explained that the dawn of the gresca they did not report any incident, neither did any emergency team come or report anything out of the ordinary.
The man explained that the “Bar27” has your own private security team, but they reported no fight or incident.
Those who were at the scene that morning say that the security staff of the bar was dedicated to defending the members of La Unión and hitting the university students.
“As they were going to separate them, but the truth is that they hit the kids, kicked them on the floor, stepped on them, and then took them out through a door that overlooks the parking lot, it is a door that only their special guests or partners use or owners, so as not to enter where they all go, ”said a young man.

There, in the parking lot, they said, the members of La Unión encañonón. They made them swell, put the gun barrel inside their mouths and told them they were going to kill them. That the place was theirs and that there “The company ruled.”
In that place they usually meet two leaders of the criminal group. Is about Edgar Alan Robles Amaya, known as Bengal, and Hugo Mitzuru Hernández, whom everyone calls Mitzuru.
They are always guarded by the local guards, and are usually accompanied by subjects who care for or serve them. Some identified with nicknames such as El Capu, El Güero, El Pollo and El Baruch.
The Bar issued a statement saying that its security team acted according to the protocols they have established. According to them, they only take out who participates in the fight and then return to their positions to continue working.
