The circus director and head of the family Emil Wertheim happily tells that donations arrive in his account every day. The circus family is currently stuck in Lower Austria and is dependent on outside help due to the lack of income due to the ban on events and the lockdown. Celebrity artist donated 1,000 euros

He said he had been in the forest all day with the children and hadn’t heard anything about it. His wife Barbara then confirmed the news via WhatsApp, a woman I was at their place and handed over the money. The generous messenger was Rita Nitsch – the wife of the world-class painter.
Mr. Wertheim can hardly believe this generosity. “Crazy! We’re going to use all of that for our baby. Children are very expensive,” laughs the ringmaster.
