The victory in Teruel’s Moto2 also led Sam Lowes to the top of the riders’ standings Moto2 2020.

The British racer now leads the standings with a collection of 178 points, seven ahead of Enia Bastianini who had to drop to second.

The third position of the 2020 Moto2 riders’ standings is still occupied by Valentino Rosi’s half brother, Luca Marini (Sky Racing VR46), with a collection of 155 points.

Luca Marini’s teammate, Marco Bezzecchi, fell and could not continue the race on the 4th lap.
