BREBES, KOMPAS.com – ZR (33) is one of two terrorists against the Regent’s daughter Brebes Idza Priyanti was finally arrested by the police after escaping while being interrogated at the Brebes Police Headquarters, Central Java, Sunday (18/4/2021) night.

ZR, who was driving HRV Nopol BL 4 GU, was arrested by the police at the red light at the Tegal City Bus Terminal at around 21.00 WIB.

ZR’s right leg had to be paralyzed by hot lead because he threatened the officers with a knife when he was about to be arrested.

Kapolres Brebes AKBP Gatot Yulianto said that currently the two actors apart from ZR, namely SS (26) who is a resident of Bandung, West Java, were already at the Brebes Police Headquarters.

“There were two perpetrators. One was secured at the police station, one who escaped we chased and was caught. Currently both of them have been brought to the office,” said Gatot after picking up one of the perpetrators who had received treatment at the Mitra Keluarga Hospital, Tegal City, Sunday (18 / 4/2021) night.

Together with the perpetrators, a unit of HRV BL 4 GU was also secured, a number of suspected fake number plates, knives, and items suspected of being drugs.

“We don’t know the motive yet. We will further interrogate it,” he said.

As previously reported, EN, the daughter of the Regent of Brebes, Central Java, Idza Priyanti, was terrorized by an unknown person on her way home after participating in an iftar event together in Tegal City, Central Java, Sunday (18/4/2021) night.

EN, who was driving a black HRV car with a G 1 DA plate, was stopped by an unknown person, precisely on the Pantura route not far from the Brebes Toll Exit.

EN was forced out of the car by two actors ZR (33) and SS (26) who were driving a white HRV with police number BL 4 GU.

Gatot Yulianto said, feeling terrorized, the victim then spurred his vehicle and entered the Brebes Police Headquarters which the perpetrator was also following.

“The son of the Regent of Brebes was followed by an unknown person on his way home in front of the Brebes Toll Exit and was then stopped, because he was afraid, then he reported it to the Police. The person concerned (the perpetrator) went to the Police,” said Gatot, at Mitra Keluarga Tegal Hospital.

Gatot said that at that time the perpetrators were then interrogated by SPKT officers.

“When asked for his identity, one of the perpetrators went berserk and challenged the members and then ran to the car,” said Gatot.

The ZR perpetrator, who was in the car, then spurred his vehicle and fled. Meanwhile, one of the perpetrators has been secured at the Brebes Police Headquarters.

“Being told to leave did not want to even point a knife,” he said.

The car driven by the ZR perpetrator even hit a number of police vehicles at the Police Headquarters.

“The gates were closed but instead crashed into cars, portals and fences to exit the police station. The next members gave chase,” said Gatot.
