The messenger team has released a beta version of Telegram 9.4 for Android and iOS. We tell you what innovations you should expect from the upcoming release in the messenger.
Translation of messages in real time. By clicking on the “Translate” pop-up button, all content of the channel, group or personal chat in a foreign language will be translated automatically. The function can be enabled in the “Language” settings section – in a separate item “Message translation”.
Automatic translation of all messages and the selection of exceptions will be available if you have a Telegram Premium subscription.
Avatar constructor. Account, channel or group avatar can be customized with a gradient background, animated emoji or stickers.

Emoji and sticker categories. Telegram will have a division of emoji into several categories – love, laughter, approval, condemnation, and so on. Categories will be available in the search bar of the Emoji, Stickers, GIF, Reactions, and Status bar.

Updated permissions section in groups. Group chat administrators will have the ability to fine-tune the permissions for sending media and messages. Now you can prohibit sending photos, videos, audio, files, voice and video messages separately. Text messages can be turned off and only media left.

Auto change proxy. Users will be able to set a timeout, according to which the messenger will automatically connect to another proxy after a user-specified time if the first one is unavailable.
