Tecl helped Slavia declassify Budějovice with a hat-trick, Jablonec struggled with a newcomer from Pardubice

The second team of last year’s Czech top competition opened a new domestic season with a home match with Opava. Adrian Guľa was probably not very happy with his charges after the first half, but the numerical advantage after the change of sides was ultimately the decisive factor that earned the Victorians a gain of three points.

The home side put themselves ahead 1 – 0 after 37 minutes courtesy of a breakthrough from Čermák, who scored with a stunning volley following a cross from the right wing. On the other hand, Helešic succeeded in efficiency. Shortly afterwards, however, Plzeň received another penalty option, which Bucha had already taken advantage of. In addition, he went to the showers prematurely for tripping Hrabin. After the change of sides, there was a numerical advantage, and Beauguel and Ba Loua were among the shooters.

Saturday’s program was cut off by three matches and in all of them the spectators scored goals. Olomouc kept its stronghold at home when the duel with Liberec was decided by the only shot from the first half, which was procured by González. The regional derby was dominated by Slovácko, which succeeded 2: 1 on the soil of Zlín. Thanks to the changed penalty from the Poznar dropper, the shoemakers got into the lead, but after the change of sides, the turnaround was provided by Navrátil and Daníček.

Teplice stepped on Příbram and succeeded 3: 1. The Central Bohemian club resisted the opponent only briefly, as Nazarov opened the score in the 14th minute. In the second half, Heidenreich and Řezníček took the lead, so Rezek’s shot was just an attempt not to give the guests a clean sheet.

Prague’s Sparta arrived in Brno with a clear goal, while the home team declared before the match that they could only surprise. Even after the first half, however, Zbrojovka fans could ask if their team was rightfully among the domestic elite. After the hits of Vindheim, Juliš and Dočkal, Brno lost 0: 4. After the change of sides, at least Štepanovský reduced, but at three points for the Letna team it did not change anything.

While the North Moravian derby between Ostrava and Karviná did not offer a goal, in Budějovice it was burned in six cases. However, none of the home players were among the shooters, so Slavia confirmed its domestic dominance by a high 6: 0. Already in the first minute, Tecl opened the score, who prevailed in two more cases and scored a hat-trick. Bořil, Masopust and Holeš took care of the remaining goals.

Jablonec welcomed a newcomer from Pardubice to his land, but he really scored three points. In the end, the match was decided by the only shot from the second half, which was obtained by Hrubý.
