The pop star released her 11th studio album at midnight ET on Friday, April 19. A couple of hours later, he announced a surprise expansion of the album that included 15 more songs, called Version 2 am.
One of the songs on the album is ‘The Alchemy’, apparently the first one in which Swift talks about her relationship with Kansas City Chiefs player Travis Kelce.
There are many references to American football in the lyrics, such as: “So when it comes / Call the rookies and get them off the team / Get rid of the suckers, go for the win / Baby, I’m your competitor. “
In addition, there would also be a reference to her former British lovers, as one of the verses says: “These boys are only warming the bench / We’re on a winning streak.”
There is also speculation that there is a reference to the moment the Chiefs won the Super Bowl in February, when Kelce celebrated with Swift on the field before accepting the trophy.
