“A liquid that smelled like fuel flowed out of it. The passage of all military equipment along Khreshchatyk has been stopped,” the newspaper notes.
The military did not answer the journalist’s questions about the severity of the breakdown.
The employees of the State Emergency Service arrived at the scene.
Earlier it was reported that in Kiev during the rehearsal of the parade detained an armed man.
