In 1974, the album “Phaedra” was released, a gold record in more than 14 countries, recognized as being the cornerstone of sounds and sequences in electronic and contemporary music.
Many painters, actors, architects, writers and dancers have recognized the influence of TANGERINE DREAM on their work, a cultural phenomenon in its own right.
The group’s reputation in the world of music, their unforgettable live performance, as well as their record sales, have given them the luxury of working independently and complete creative freedom.
They continue to perform on the most prestigious stages but quite rarely in France. They will perform in exceptional concert, for a unique date in France at L’USINE in Istres.
