Roles & Responsibilities
On behalf of our client, an actor in the insurance sector, we are looking for a team leader who will work on the following tasks:
– Management and supervision of a team of insurance assistants
– Contribute to their skills development and the organization of the service
– Set up training and various activities to achieve objectives
– Implementation of different performance indicators
– Guarantee the quality of work and service
– Take stock of your activity and expected results
Profile expected
Training in insurance or in administration, type Bac + 2/3, you justify a managerial experience or a position of technical referent in insurance (ideally).
You have knowledge of the insurance environment
Good knowledge of IRSI / CIDECOP type conventions (water damage, etc.)
You have a good team spirit
You know how to listen and communicate
You are recognized for your interpersonal skills and your sense of organization
