Talks with Putin were asked to resume Zelensky during the visit of Scholz, Macron and Draghi

During a visit to Ukraine, the leaders of Germany, France and Italy “behind closed doors” asked President Volodymyr Zelensky to negotiate with Kremlin dictator Vladimir Putin.

The publication writes that while on a visit to Kyiv, Olaf Scholz, Emmanuel Macron and Mario Draghi advocated granting Ukraine the status of an EU candidate.

“In exchange, the heads of state and government ‘behind closed doors’ most likely persuaded Zelensky to sit down at the negotiating table with Russian President Vladimir Putin,” the article says.
