Take a peek at these 10 stocks that are most sought after by foreign investors this week

KONTAN.CO.ID – JAKARTA. Composite Stock Price Index (IHSG) still holding up 1.98% to the level of 5,938,329 last week Monday 7 – Friday 11 December 2020. In the midst of strengthening the JCI, foreign investors posted a net sell or net sales of Rp 1.74 trillion in all markets

The strengthening of the JCI was inseparable from buying actions by domestic investors amid foreign selling. Even so, foreigners have also collected the following shares this week.

Foreigners are noted to be chasing the most shares of PT Bank Central Asia Tbk (BBCA) IDR 1.05 trillion. BBCA shares managed to gain 4.26% in a week to a level of Rp 33,675 per share. The total volume of BBCA stock trading in a week is 133 million with a total transaction value of Rp 4.39 trillion.

Foreigners also collect shares of PT Sinar Mas Multiartha Tbk (SMMA) IDR 698.38 billion in a week. However, SMMA’s shares fell 9.77% to Rp 12,000 per share. The total trading volume of SMMA’s shares was 56.84 million with a transaction value of IDR 722.74 billion.

Foreigners also bought up shares of PT Astra International Tbk (ASII) IDR 285.9 billion. However, ASII shares only gained 0.89% in a week to a level of Rp 5,675 per share. The total trading volume of ASII shares reached 443.1 million with a transaction value of Rp 2.56 trillion.

Foreigners also collect shares of PT Bank Mandiri Tbk (BMRI) IDR 22617 billion. BMRI shares rose 3.04% to Rp 6,775 per share. BMRTI’s share sales volume reached 319.82 million with a transaction value of Rp 2.14 trillion.
