Methodology
The research, conducted in partnership with Econsultancy, surveyed 21,700 consumers from the USA, UK, and France during July and August 2024. Respondents rated brands on a 1 to 5 scale across four categories: personalization, omnichannel experiences, trust, and loyalty. Scores were indexed on a 0-100 scale, and the overall relationship score was the average of these four categories. Screening questions ensured respondents had engaged with the brands in the past year through various channels.

Can you delete a chat history on Whatsapp for both people? (friendship, relationship, friends)
Hello everyone,
I have the following problem:
I would like to create a book from an old WhatsApp conversation using Zapptales (or another app). The old chat history is very, very important to me, which is why I definitely don’t want to delete it because of a stupid mistake!!!
The difficulty: The history is saved on my old phone. I now use WhatsApp with the same number on my new phone.
I have now turned on my old cell phone, and when I open Whatsapp I have to verify my number.
What happens if I do that? Will the more recent chat history (from the new phone) simply be copied in as well? Or will the current chat history (from the new phone) overwrite the old chat history (from the old phone)? Or will nothing happen and I will just see the history as it was written on the old phone and the more recent one doesn’t play any role here?
As I said, I just don’t want to stupidly lose the old history from my old phone, but I’m pretty scared of that because I definitely don’t want to lose the old history…
Does anyone have experience with something like this???
