Pipik Dian Irawati or Ummi Pipik report celebgram Son of Oklin to Bareskrim Polri. Umi Pipik reported Oklin for alleged pornographic and immoral acts related to the content of ice cream licking by Oklin Fia.

“Thank God it was accepted today,” said Umi Pipik’s attorney, Raudhah Mariyah, to reporters at Bareskrim, Wednesday (16/8/2023).

Umi Pipik’s report was registered with the number LP/B/253/VIII/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM dated August 16 2023. Umi Pipik reported Oklin Fia with Article 27 paragraph (1) of the ITE Law and Articles 4, Article 8 and Article 10 of the Pornography Law .

Mariyah said Umi Pipik reported Oklin Fia as a representative of the community’s voice. He claimed to have received complaints from Muslims, especially various taklim assemblies who criticized Oklin’s content.

“The reason (reporting) is actually Umi Pipik as a representative from communities, especially Muslims, especially Muslim women who complain. Because Umi Pipik also has many taklim assemblies complaining about OF’s actions,” he said.

What’s more, said Mariyah, in the content, Oklin wore Muslim clothing, but did not reflect the exemplary behavior of Muslims. In addition, he said, Oklin’s content was uploaded on social media, which in fact was easy for children to reach.

“This is her wearing clothes that reflect a Muslim woman, but her actions are inappropriate,” said Mariyah.

“So, according to Umi Pipik, it is also very troubling for parents too because they have children who can easily access the content. I’m afraid that in the future children will make him a bad role model,” he continued.

Because of that, said Mariyah, Umi Pipik chose to report Oklin’s actions to the authorities. Mariyah admitted that she brought various pieces of evidence to corroborate her reporting.

“The evidence is clear, there are screenshots, we also provide digital forensic evidence in the form of videos because it has spread widely. Meanwhile, the OF has taken down the video, and there are also witnesses who saw the video. So there is evidence, There are witnesses too,” he concluded.

Bareskrim Polri dismantled the International Mobile Equipment Identity mafia network (IMEI) is illegal in the Centralized Equipment Identity Register (CEIR). Member of Commission III DPR RI Moh Rano Al-Fath considered this to be an extraordinary achievement from the Bareskrim ranks.

“In addition, this achievement also reflects effective collaboration between the police and various related parties, including government agencies such as the Ministry of Industry and others. I ask for the synergy between these institutions to continue to be improved and if possible develop a preventive system from within,” he continued.

Not only that, Rano sees the success of the National Police as a step forward in efforts to eradicate organized crime. According to him this will have a deterrent effect on the perpetrators.

“The success of the National Police in uncovering the IMEI mobile mafia case is also a step forward in efforts to eradicate organized crime that is detrimental to the state and society. The results of their hard work will have a deterrent effect on criminals, and indirectly, will create a safer environment. and conducive to all levels of society,” he said.

In this case, 6 suspects have been arrested. This case started with a police report number LP/B/009/II/2023/SPKT/Bareskrim Polri dated 14 February 2023. A total of 15 witnesses and 4 experts have been examined.

“From the results of this disclosure, we have arrested 6 suspects. Among them are suppliers of illegal electronic devices without rights, namely the initials P, D, E, and B, and all of them are private. Then we also secured the initials F of ASN persons at the Ministry of Industry and also the initials A of civil servants at the Directorate General of Customs and Excise,” said Kabareskrim Polri Komjen Wahyu Widada at the Bareskrim Polri building, Friday (28/7).

Bareskrim Polri is still exploring reports regarding the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School polemic. Today investigators scheduled an examination of the Chairman Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School Panji Gumilang.

The Director of General Crimes (Dirtipidum) Bareskrim Polri Brigadier General Djuhandhani Rahardjo Puro stated that his party had sent a summons for an examination of Panji. The leadership of the Al-Zaytun Islamic Boarding School was reported in relation to two police reports (LP) that came in regarding religious blasphemy.

“We summoned the plan concerned (Panji Gumilang) yesterday to attend on Monday (3/7), we invite clarification,” Djuhandhani told reporters at SUGBK, Saturday (1/7/2023).

However, Djuhandari did not reveal more details about the confirmation of Panji Gumilang’s presence. Apart from Panji, he said he had examined several witnesses in this case.

“We have checked from the reporter, several experts. Then from the MUI, the Ministry of Religion,” he explained.

Furthermore, Djuhandhani claimed that the police had moved quickly to investigate the incoming reports. Only, he said, last week was cut short by the long Eid al-Adha 2023 holiday.

“This is already fast, yes, we will call, the LP will enter on Tuesday. Tuesday we will start publishing it, then Tuesday we will start examining all the witnesses, we invited them yesterday, we invited them to attend on Monday. Because from Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday is our holiday. It’s impossible for us to call on holidays,” he said.

It is known that there were two police reports (LP) against Panji Gumilang. The first report was filed by the Pancasila Defender Advocate Forum (FAPP). The DPP FAPP report is registered with the number: LP/B/163/VI/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI.

Then the second report was made by NII Crisis Center Founder Ken Setiawan. Report registered with number LP/B/169/VI/2023/SPKT/BARESKRIM POLRI dated 27 June 2023.

In the two reports, Panji was accused of violating Article 156 A of the Criminal Code on Blasphemy of Religion.

Djuhandhani said now the two reports have been combined into one to be investigated.

“Everyone, we make one LP,” he concluded.
