Polda Metro Takes Over Persecution Case D, Mario Dandy and Shane Are Charged with New Articles

TEMPO.CO, Jakarta – Polda Metro Jaya took over the handling of the abuse case by Mario Dandy, son of a former Director General of Taxation official. This case was previously investigated by the South Jakarta Metro Police.



Investigators from the General Criminal Investigation Directorate of the Metro Police took a number of steps, namely by raising the legal status of AG, Mario Dandy’s girlfriend. AG, 15 years old, who was originally a child in conflict with the law, has now grown into a child in conflict with the law.

In addition, Metro Police investigators have charged the suspects in the abuse of Mario Dandy Satriyo, 20 years and Shane Lukas, 19 years with new articles.

Director of General Criminal Research (Dirreskrimum) Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Hengki Haryadi said the suspect Mario Dandy is now being charged with Article 355 of the Criminal Code paragraph 1 subsidiary of Article 354 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code subsidiary of Article 353 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code subsidiary of Article 351 paragraph 2 of the Criminal Code and or 76c
