Acer Unveils Next-Generation Gaming Desktops and Monitors at IFA Berlin 2025
Berlin, September 5, 2025 – Acer today showcased a sweeping lineup of new gaming hardware at IFA Berlin 2025, including high-performance Predator and Nitro desktops alongside cutting-edge Predator and Nitro monitors. The announcements signal Acer’s commitment to delivering premium gaming experiences with the latest technologies, targeting both hardcore enthusiasts and mainstream gamers.
The new releases arrive as the gaming PC market anticipates advancements in graphics and processing power, with consumers demanding higher refresh rates and immersive visuals. Acer’s updated Predator and Nitro lines aim to meet these demands, offering configurations powered by next-generation processors and GPUs, alongside innovative cooling solutions and lasting design elements. Availability is slated for early 2026,positioning Acer to capitalize on the holiday shopping season and the continued growth of the gaming sector.
Acer’s flagship Predator Orion 7000 (PO7-667) will feature an Intel Core i9-14900K processor paired with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080, while the Predator Orion 5000 (PO5-667) will offer an Intel Ultra 7 265F processor and RTX 5080. Both desktops support up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 6 TB of SSD storage.Both models will share the Cyclonex 360 cooling system and an ARGB secured glass casing, and will be managed by the Acer Intelligence Space software platform. The Predator Orion 7000 and 5000 will be available in EMEA in the first quarter of 2026, starting at EUR 3999 and EUR 2999, respectively.
The Acer Nitro 70 and Nitro 50 will offer more accessible gaming performance, equipped with AMD Ryzen 9 950x3D and Ryzen 7 8700G processors, alongside RTX 5090 and RTX 5080 graphics cards. These systems also support up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM and up to 2 TB of SSD storage, and feature Cyclonex 360 cooling, ARGB lighting, and construction incorporating post-consumption recycled plastic. Wi-Fi 7 connectivity is included in both Nitro models.on the monitor front, Acer unveiled the Predator X27U F8, boasting an OLED WQHD panel with a blazing-fast 720 Hz refresh rate, and the Nitro XV275K V6, featuring a 4K UHD resolution and 180 hz refresh rate. Both monitors are compatible with AMD Freesync Premium and deliver wide DCI-P3 color gamut coverage, with ergonomic designs and comprehensive connectivity options.
The Predator X27U F8 will be available in the second quarter of 2026, starting at EUR 1,199, while the Nitro XV275K V6 will be priced at EUR 599, with both models launching in the same timeframe.
