The incident began shortly after noon whenโค officers were dispatched to the intersection of 19th Street South and 18th โAvenue South. The initial report โledโ to a โขtemporary road closure asโข police interviewed โwitnesses and โreviewedโ surveillance footage. While the source of the noise proved toโฃ be mechanical, the response underscores the Moorhead Police โDepartment’sโฃ commitment to prioritizing public โขsafety and thoroughly investigating potential threats.
