Dancing Withโค the Stars โpro Gleb Savchenko has navigated โa complex personal life alongside his successful career โin ballroom dance. He andโฃ his ex-wife, Elena Samodanova, finalized their divorceโข in 2022 after 14 years of marriage, but continue toโ co-parent โคtheir two daughters, Olivia and Zlata.
Savchenko and Samodanova share two โdaughters: Olivia, born โคin 2010, and Zlata,โ born in 2013. โฃThe couple married in 2006.
Despiteโ theโฃ divorce, Savchenko has emphasized a positive co-parenting relationship โขwith Samodanova. “I think my ex-wife [is] โa greatโ mom and โshe loves her girls. She does so much for them,” he stated.
Both parents actively support their daughters’ pursuits. Olivia is a competitive ballroom dancer, participating โin competitions internationally. โค”On the 2ndโข of โฃAugust, I’m taking โher to Taiwan for the World Championship. she has a โคpartner in Hong Kong and we’reโ all flying to Taiwan,” Savchenko revealedโค lastโ year.
Zlata has developed a passion for martial arts, combining herโข interests in dance and athleticism. “She โคwants to โbe Rapunzel Ninja. โคShe’s like,’I want to be Rapunzel Ninja.’ And I was like, ‘Well, you have to learn Kung Fu,'” Savchenko recounted. “She was like, ‘No, first I need to nail the โฃkarate, get a black belt,โข and then I’m going to be studying โKung Fu.'”
Followingโฃ his divorce, Savchenko dated Elenaโข Belle from 2021 to 2024. โค He then entered a relationship with Brooks Nader after being paired with her on season 33 of โฃ DWTS.โข That relationship ended earlier in 2024, with Savchenko issuing a statement inโค April wishing Nader “the best” moving forward.
