The Czech operator T-Mobile decided to help another group of people who were significantly affected by the current pandemic situation and government regulations. In this case, it is specifically about the children who have devote to distance online teaching. Especially for primary school pupils in the Czech Republic, T-Mobile will offer 10,000 SIM cards with a fast connection for free for 3 months. It will help teachers to improve distance learning, make it available to them free of charge on-line webináře. Should the critical situation in the country and in education prolong, the operator will consider further extension of this offer. It follows on from a recent step when, in cooperation with Nora Fridrichová, it announced the donation of 500 laptops and connections for single children.
T-Mobile and SIM with free data for students
Representatives of primary schools can T-Mobile contact at the e-mail address [email protected]which was set up specifically for the occasion. The operator will assign a maximum of 20 SIM cards to each school that requests assistance, along with access to a special one microsite and unique code. Parents of children who receive a unique code from their school and the right to unlimited data will find all the necessary information here and will carry out both the order and the activation of the SIM card. School principals decide on the distribution of cards among pupils. In the case of teachers, the operator has prepared online webinars in cooperation with Unicorn and Microsoft.
