Job Description:
The Workspace Administrator will partner with business users and other IT teams to support, grow, and mature the use of Workspace Suite capabilities within the enterprise. You will collaborate with a team of Workspace Tier 1 and Tier 2 system administrators for the operational effectiveness of Workspace, GCP, and connecting technologies.

Job Responsibilities:
Administer, manage, and maintain the Workspace ecosystem following the established change management process.
Lead a team of Workspace Tier3 system administrators, provide administration oversight for day-to-day activities in Workspace admin console, third party tools, add ons, and some home-grown utilities.
Lead efforts and strategy to evolve the adoption of Workspace capabilities within the enterprise.
Lead and facilitate enterprise rollout of custom/in-house solutions that integrate with Workspace functionality and work productivity.
Partner with other IT functions to evaluate, prioritize and resolve new issues & problem scenarios.
Manage and administer Cloud Platform projects related to Workspace integration.
Collaborate with the IAM team to optimize the Workspace account management process. Develop new system processes and improve existing ones for efficient Workspace account lifecycle management
Develop Workspace knowledge base for Tier 1 and Tier 2 support teams.
Escalate support issues to Support, follow up and resolve them in a timely manner.
Periodically analyze trouble tickets from lower tier teams, identify gaps, create and carry out new solutions, document and train technical support staff globally.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related discipline or equivalent education and experience.
5+ years of experience administering Workspace for an enterprise with 10,000+ users
Setup and administration of SAAS based solutions for the enterprise.
Working knowledge of web technologies such as HTTP, HTML, XML, App Engine, CloudSQL and building cloud based enterprise applications.
Working knowledge of web applications – SDLC, Cloud based web application development concepts and principles, SAAS integration for an enterprise, web content management
Must demonstrate strong interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills and the ability to collaborate in a team environment.
Must be a self starter, with good time management skills, able to manage multiple activities simultaneously while requiring little or no oversight and/ or direction.
