Suzuki Jimny SUV will be made five-door

It is assumed that the length of the five-door Jimny will not exceed 3999 millimeters. This is due to tax breaks, which, according to Indian laws, apply to cars shorter than four meters. If the SUV is longer, it simply ceases to be beneficial to customers.

According to the publication, if the company really decides to bring to the Indian market a five-day modification of Suzuki Jimny, we can expect the cost of about a million rupees. In terms of rubles, this amounts to about 866 thousand.

For comparison, the basic three-door version with a manual gearbox in the Russian market costs from 1,439,000 rubles.
