Newsis-The second interrogation date in the case of suspension of execution, which Prosecutor General Yoon Seok-yeol declared that the two-month suspension of suspension by the Prosecutor and Disciplinary Committee of the Ministry of Justice was unfair has ended.

The 12th division of the Seoul Administrative Court (President Judge Hong Soon-wook, Kim Jae-gyeong Kim Eon-ji) began the hearing date on the case of the request for suspension of execution by President Yoon against Justice Minister Chu Mi-ae at 3 pm on the 24th.

Minister Chu and President Yoon did not appear in the court on the same day. Instead, only representatives from both sides, including lawyer Lee Wan-gyu, attorney at Yun’s legal representative, and attorney Lee Ok-hyung at Choo’s, attended each of them.

The interrogation ended around 4:15 pm. It ended in about an hour after starting. The two sides each argued over issues such as procedural violations and hard-to-recover damages, and the court is expected to conclude on whether to return to the office of President Yoon during the day. Attorney Ok-hyung Lee of the Ministry of Justice met with reporters after the questioning, and said, “The court said that it would draw a conclusion today.” If the court cites a request for suspension of execution, President Yoon will return to office immediately. On the other hand, if dismissed, President Yoon will be suspended for two months until the results of the main lawsuit are brought out.
