Eng. Naguib Sawiris, CEO and Chairman of the Board of Directors of Aura International Real Estate Development, said that before entering the investment in the real estate market, an international company was used to study the market, pointing out that the result of the study confirms that all supply does not represent more than 10% of the volume of demand.
Sawiris added, during the press conference held today by Aura Real Estate Development Company to announce the latest developments in the “Z-East” project in the Fifth Settlement, that the real estate sector does not suffer from any real estate bubble, but the strongest is the one who will continue in this sector.
He pointed out that the real estate sector in Egypt contributes to reviving many other sectors, and that pumping any investments in real estate serves many other sectors.
