Surprise, Apple is providing iOS 13.6.1 for everyone

Small surprise of the evening, Apple delivers this evening iOS 13.6.1, an unexpected update for the iPhone and the iPad, of which we do not yet know what fire it heats. More information in a few minutes! The final version of iOS 13.6 dates back to July 15th, at the time we said to ourselves that it would be the ultimate version of iOS 13 … Well we were wrong! Here.

Update – And here are the iOS 13.6.1 release notes. This update:

• Fixes an issue that may prevent the automatic deletion of unnecessary system data files when available storage space is low.
• fixes a thermal management issue that gave some displays a green tint (this problem maybe?) ;
• Addresses an issue that caused exposure notifications to be disabled for some users.
