Almost half of Russians (48%) believe that they have managed to achieve a balance between work and personal life, according to a survey by the Superjob job search service. Research results lead RBK… 41% of the respondents adhere to the opposite point of view: 38% pay more attention to their career, 3% – to their personal life.
Young people are the best to maintain a work-life balance: 58% of respondents under the age of 24 said this. For comparison, among people 45 years old, 45% were able to achieve balance.
Priory depends on the level of salary, the survey showed. For example, among those who earn less than 29 thousand rubles. per month, 32% pay more attention to work. Among those surveyed with an income of 80 thousand rubles. 43% are more focused on their careers.
Which professions are better at balancing work and personal life:
- lawyers – 58%;
- accountants – 54%;
- economists – 53%;
- secretaries, account managers and call center operators – 51% each.
Who finds it harder to balance:
- doctors – 39%;
- marketing managers – 40%;
- sales managers, PR managers and managers – 41% each.
The study was conducted throughout Russia from October 18 to November 9. The survey involved 4.5 thousand people over 18 years old who have a permanent job – 200 representatives of 24 professional groups.
