Even before the Super Bowl begins, there are moving scenes in Miami. Both teams commemorate the late basketball star Kobe Bryant in a special way. Singer Demi Lovato also impresses the audience.

NEven before the first pass was thrown, it got emotional at the Super Bowl. Before the kick-off of the NFL final, both teams commemorated the late Kobe Bryant with a moving gesture. Afterwards Demi Lovato shone at the national anthem.
After the players warmed up on the Miami turf, both the Kansas City Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers gathered at the 24-yard lines of their halves to honor Bryant.
The Los Angeles Lakers basketball star died in a helicopter crash a week ago at the age of 41. Bryant was number 24 for a long time with the Lakers.
At the same time, a picture of Bryant and his daughter Gianna, who also had an accident, was shown on the video screen in the stadium. In addition, the names of the seven other victims of the accident were written in white letters on a black background. While the players remained on the field with their heads bowed, MVP calls were occasionally heard in the stadium.
San Francisco’s Richard Sherman had arrived in the arena in a Bryant jersey. The cornerback performed a poem in honor of Bryant in the opening act of the broadcasting Fox. It was entitled “Dear Football”. Bryant announced the end of his career in 2015 with the poem “Dear Basketball”. “We love you, Kobe. We love you, Gianna, ”the 31-year-old Sherman finished his poem. “In eternal love, Richard.”

Lovato delights with anthem
A few minutes later, Demi Lovato sang the national anthem. In a snow-white pants suit, the 27-year-old singer from New Mexico touched the audience in Miami with a powerful performance. Lovato needed exactly 1: 49.40 minutes for her version of “Star Spangled Banner”. Four Air Force fighter jets thundered over the stadium during the final notes.

For Lovato, who had recently struggled with health and psychological problems, the appearance at the Super Bowl is a big step on the way to a comeback. She gave up a political message. In recent years, superstars like Jay Z, Rihanna, Cardi B and Pink are said to have canceled out of solidarity with Colin Kaepernick.
The former 49ers quarterback once launched a protest against black oppression and police violence with his knees during the anthem.
