Sued, Workshop Dismantling BMW 535i Gran Turismo Engine Dies Suddenly Says This

Otomotifnet.com – Case lawsuit BMW Yusman’s 2011 535i Gran Turismo, which suddenly died on the JORR Toll Road ahead of the Bintara Exit, also dragged Anugrah Motor Workshop BMW.

Responding to that, Kim Yung, as the Owner of Anugrah Motor BMW I don’t want to say much about this case.

“I have received a letter from the court regarding the existence of a lawsuit, but I cannot provide any information because I do not know what will be asked in court,” said Kim Yung when contacted (26/6/2021).

“I also don’t know the problem with both parties, I’m just a repair shop that receives damage to the car owner (Yusman) to be repaired,” continued the man who is familiarly called Asui.

He revealed that he had represented his presence at the first trial which was actually held on Tuesday (22/6/2021) yesterday.

“For the first trial, I was present, represented by my subordinates, but the trial was closed due to the lockdown, so it was postponed,” he added.

“Until now there has been no notification when the first trial will be held again,” said Asui again.

He admitted that he did not know for sure about the chronology of the incident when the suddenly dead BMW 535i Gran Turismo was brought to his workshop, because at that time he was not at the location.

“I rarely attend the workshop, basically the car is at my place, the condition has been dismantled and the engine is still in a state of decomposition,” said Asui.

“The car has been in my workshop for quite a long time, there has been no instruction from the owner regarding the continuation. I am also confused about how long this will take,” he concluded.
