In recent months, we have seen artificial intelligence tools such as ChatGPT being used for many different purposes. These chatbots have now come to the aid of a student. This 22-year-old person from the UK named Millie Houlton, with the help of ChatGPT managed to cancel a parking ticket he received.

to the news of the BBC Houlton, who lives in the city of York, parked his car on his own street. However, despite having a permit, he received a £60 faulty parking ticket. The 22-year-old student then turned to the popular chatbot to appeal the sentence.

According to Houltan, ChatGPT had an excellent response to the withdrawal of the sentence.

Houlton, who said he didn’t have time to respond to the sentence, told ChatGPT, “Please help me write a letter to the city council, they gave me a parking ticket” He asked for help with his statements and details of the incident. Chat bot too with the reasons why the punishment is not right gave an explanatory answer. After that, the authorities withdrew the fine.

It can be seen that ChatGPT’s reply, written by Houltan, touched on many important points in detail, such as that he is allowed to park behind his house and that the yellow line that is forbidden to cross is not visible.

Houlton stated that while ChatGPT’s answer was great, he explained the situation perfectly:I have included all the details of the punishment, such as where, when and why it was wrong. In minutes this perfectly formed and personalized I have the answer.”
