There is a strong wind in Tromsø on Sunday, and on the Storelva in Kvaløysletta a tree has broken in the gusts and ended up over the pedestrian and cycle path.
– I came cycling and suddenly saw the tree lying across the entire cycle path. You have to go around via the ditch to get past, says a Nordlys tipster.
He contacted the fire service about the matter.
– They have now been notified, so we’ll see if they come, says the tipster.
Also on Saturday, a tree fell in Tromsø, then at Håpet. The fire brigade then moved out and removed the tree.
