The audiobook streaming service Storytel has been around on mobile and computer for many years. Last year, the company also released an app for Apple Watch, and has since developed a counterpart for Android users in the form of a Wear OS app.
The new app can, just like its counterpart in the Apple world, save audiobooks for offline listening, or stream them if you have a watch with a mobile network connection. Playback is synced between your different devices so you can pause and easily resume on another device.
Storytel for Wear OS has already been released for Swedish users. The app works on watches with Wear OS 2.33 or later.
