KOMPAS.com- On August 15 2018, a petite woman was arrested in a pan bomb terrorism case with her husband.

28 year old woman named Nurhasanah he was arrested in Jatibarang Baru Village, Jatibarang District, Indramayu Regency, West Java.

Three years after the incident, with a trembling voice, Nurhasanah relinquished her allegiance to ISIS and pledged allegiance to the NKRI.

“I renounce my pledge to the leader of ISIS, Abu Baqar Al Baqhadi, and his successor, Ibrahim Al Hashimi Al Quraishi, or the leader or amir of another jihadist organization,” he said.

He also emphasized that he would be loyal to the Republic of Indonesia.

“I pledge allegiance to the NKRI and will protect the entire Indonesian homeland from all acts of terrorism that could prevent the unity of Indonesia,” he said.

Nana is committed not to join any terrorist group in the world.

Bandar Lampung Women’s Prison Guidance Sub -Section staff Lenny said, Nurhasanah was exposed to terrorism from her husband.

She was eventually influenced to become involved in a pan bomb case with her husband.

“So far, she understands it from her husband. Her previous basic religious knowledge was minimal, so she could understand it from her husband so she quickly entered (indoctrinated),” said Lenny.

According to Lenny, Nurhasanah’s longing for her 3-year-old toddler made her determined to leave this radical concept.

Nurhasanah is eager to meet the child who is now being cared for by her family.

“Nana is a quiet person, but she is diligent in counseling with me. If you want to confide in one eye, you can directly talk to her. The motivation is to immediately meet her child,” said Lenny.

Joined the deradicalization program since last year

The program was organized by BNPT together with the Bandar Lampung Women’s Prison.

The deradicalization program succeeded in eroding the radical ideology that Nurhasanah had previously believed.

“There was already a desire and signs to be loyal (to NKRI) at that time. Now we confirm and agree again,” said Rahayu.
