“Processed foods can neutralize complex carbohydrates. They are able to attach excess glucose and thereby regulate the blood sugar level, ”she explains.

Mrs. Prountseva advises to consume bread, cereals, durum wheat pasta and about 400 grams of fruits and vegetables per day.
